As a single mother raising four sons while balancing multiple responsibilities, she recognized the need for reliable and culturally sensitive home care services. She established PremiumCare Homecare LLC on the core values of empathy, compassion, excellence, and commitment, making a lasting impact in the community.

Ollen’s passion for helping others began in her teenage years when she naturally gravitated toward seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those in need of care. After caring for her late father, late grandmother, and ailing mother, she dedicated herself to providing compassionate home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities—striving to enhance their quality of life and make the world a better place.
